COOPER DISCUSSES: - WELLBEING - LIVING WITH VALUES - SELF AWARENESS AS WE SEARCH FOR MEANING & FULFILMENT

Our (50 year Storm committee) objective outside of running the 50 Year Storm surf event is to ensure that we can provide some events for the community to attend, gain knowledge and expertise in understanding how to embrace a greater sense of wellbeing.

We strongly believe in the need for local communities to strengthen and not fragment. By engaging with Cooper, we felt that he translates a really positive and uplifting message around how to navigate the challenges that we all face in life. His message also relates to some key takeaways that people can utilise in their everyday lives.

This event will enable people to build greater awareness around what it means to be in a better state of mind, there are a bunch of "how to's" and it's light not heavy. Meaning it's not about the terrible, heavy statistics that are prevalent in today's world, it's an empowered message.

This event is people of all ages, it's free and its for people who are looking to uplift their own personal situation and for those who are looking to understand more about these topics for their mates or family.
